Four private homes. Three in the heart of historic Chichester – walking distance from the city’s finest restaurants, theatre and cathedral. One exceptional rural retreat in the South Downs National Park. All personally hosted with private parking, fifteen minutes from the Goodwood Motor Circuit. The finest base for the world’s greatest motor events.
Having a beautiful private home fifteen minutes from the circuit will elevate your whole Goodwood experience
THE PROPERTIES
Three entirely different city centre homes. Each one exceptional in its own way

Fifteen minutes from the start line, Cedar House sits deep in the South Downs National Park. A private rural retreat available exclusively for Goodwood event weeks. Three ensuite bedrooms, open countryside, dark skies.
The contrast is the whole point.

Private parking. The single most valuable thing you can have during Goodwood week.
You can come and go on your own schedule. No queues, no taxis, no logistics. All four properties have dedicated private parking – which, especially for those staying in central Chichester, is rarer than you might think.
Meet Your Host
I have been coming to Goodwood with my family for years. The noise, the colour, the atmosphere in Chichester on event evenings – there is genuinely nothing else like it.
Every stay is personally hosted. I know the restaurants to book before they fill up, the best route to the circuit and the small details that make the difference between a good Goodwood week and an exceptional one.

FESTIVAL OF SPEED – EARLY JULY
The world’s greatest motorsport garden party.
Three days each July when the hillclimb at Goodwood House becomes the most extraordinary gathering of racing cars, legendary drivers and passionate enthusiasts anywhere in the world. Over 200,000 visitors, cars spanning a century of motorsport history and an atmosphere entirely unlike anything else in the British summer calendar.
Tickets sell out months in advance. Thursday evening Gala Qualifying is worth attending – electric atmosphere and smaller crowds.
Minimum stay four nights.

GOODWOOD REVIVAL – SEPTEMBER
The world’s greatest historic motor racing event.
For three days each September, the Goodwood Motor Circuit reopens as it appeared during its original racing years. Every car a genuine period racing machine. Every person on site in period costume. The colour, the noise, the smell of race fuel and Spitfires performing a flypast over the main straight.
Guests are encouraged — and many would say expected — to dress in period costume. Even a simple 1940s or 1950s-inspired outfit transforms the experience entirely.
Friday practice and qualifying is quieter and a lovely way to experience the circuit. Book Chichester restaurants well in advance for Friday and Saturday evenings. Minimum stay three nights.

MEMBERS MEETING – MARCH
Motor racing for people who love motor racing.
The most intimate of the three events and the favourite of many serious enthusiasts. Entry is strictly limited to members of the Goodwood Road Racing Club and their guests. Knowledgeable crowds, serious machinery and a paddock where you can get genuinely close to the cars and the people who race them.
Membership of the Goodwood Road Racing Club is required. Check the Goodwood website well in advance. Minimum stay three nights.
